So now, why did I choose werewolf bootlegger: 1. I love all things shifters, sure the thought of being able to provide the blood to keep a sexy vamp alive is somewhat sexy... but come on, a werewolf that gets all Alpha male protective, goes furry every now and then, and can grow claw and teeth to defend you? Who can turn that down?? 2. Why would anyone in their right mind choose a lumberjack over a bootlegger?? I don't need any firewood, I need my booze!!

I haven't read the series, but werewolf bootlegger is obviously superior. For one, werewolves fit bootlegging much better than vampires fit lumberjacking. Werewolves are supposed to be rugged, outdoorsy types with access to lots and lots of forest. Vampires are supposed to be either bloodsucking ghouls or suave children of the night. Silk, not flannel.
And two, bootlegging is just plain awesome. I need my booze. And there's something romantic about making moonshine out in the forest, defying the law to fight for the people's right to drink rotgut at exorbitant prices.
My ancestors are from Transylvania, so I definitely side with Team Vampire.

I had just started to post the following on some of the blogs starting with Blackravens.
I can be a trouble maker, I want both, shame on me huh,blame it on some really good posts numbering the wolf advantage of being able to be out at all times of the day and the fact that he's warm and really alive and can share a real meal of food. Although the wolfie can take care of me 24/7 and the vamp can only manage about half, maybe they won't mind sharing, I wouldn't mind it. After all why can't I have my cake and eat it too.
Hope everyone doesn't want to stake me out but I really want both.

I agree, I'm Team werewolf bootlegger. I just can't get over the fact vampires are dead, and a cold, dead vampire just can't match a warm-blooded werewolf. The alcohol is a big plus too ;). Lumberjack is nowhere near as exciting an job as bootlegger.
