I have recently become addicted to contemporary romance books that center around sports athletes. Being a huge sports fan myself (I can’t wait for American Football season to start…), I find myself getting totally sucked into the faux sports teams created. Susan Elizabeth Phillip’s Chicago Stars Series, Rachel Gibson’s Chinooks Hockey Team Series, and Carly Phillips Hot Zone Series are, in my opinion, the best out there!
I love reading about these super star men who think they are untouchable, gods gift to their sport, and totally cocky cavemen. It’s even better when we get to know these guys better, and find out they are sensitive and caring and desperately wanting a family. *sigh* Plus, the women who are lucky (or not) to get the chance to tame these men, are fabulous characters. What isn’t to love about them?
Now that I’ve finished the Hot Zone Series, am one away from finishing the Chicago Stars series, and am almost completely caught up with the Chinook Series, I feel like I’m going through withdrawals. I can’t seem to find any other good athlete hero romance books.
Please: Help me out! Can you think of any other sports series romance books I should read? Have any suggestions for me? Are you a fan of the sports hero romance books, or do they just drive you crazy?

Sorry, I can't help you. Contemporaries are not my thing, and sports put me to sleep. But I know Smart Bitches and Dear Author collaborate on a "Save the Contemporary" thingamajig, so you may be able to find some recommendations there.
